What this course is
Krav Maga is the self-defense system developed for the Israeli military and used today by law enforcement and civilians around the world. It's built on instinct, simplicity, and real-world effectiveness. In this course, teens learn foundational techniques in a structured, respectful environment — building strength, awareness, and the calm confidence that comes from knowing they can protect themselves.
Weekly 90-minute sessions, small-group instruction, supervised practice.
