Michael has been involved in martial arts for 20 years and holds a Black Belt in Taekwondo. He owned and operated his own studio, training individuals in self-defense and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
As a COBRA instructor, he teaches families and children about childabduction prevention, active shooter response plans, bullying response,and how to react to danger in real-world scenarios.
